This was my first head spa experience and I had a fantastic experience!!! The service began with a hair and scalp analysis, which assessed the condition of my hair. They also gave me tips on how to take care of my hair and scalp. The entire process was incredibly pampering. I especially enjoyed the massages – they targeted my neck, shoulders, arms, face, and scalp. The hair and scalp treatment left my hair feeling clean and refreshed. And the deep facial cleansing was excellent! The collagen facemask was also a fun experience. Overall, I highly recommend Aroma HeadSpa. I left feeling refreshed and my hair and skin feel healthier than they have in a long time. I will definitely be back!

I've been wanting to try this place so I decided to book an appointment for my birthday! The spa is located in a pretty busy parking lot, but there's plenty of free parking. The spa itself is pretty small, but was kept nice and tidy. The staff were also friendly and welcoming just very soft spoken. When they saw my hair initially (which is thick curly hair) they said oh just making sure you know we don't style just blow dry. I declined and she offered to spend more time on my massage. The Kaori Head & Scalp Treatment was $138 for a 90 minute service, which was pretty pricey but worth the experience. The team provided an initial scalp analysis and offered a scalp purification exfoliation, for an additional $25, but I kindly declined. They also do another analysis after treatment which is satisfying to see. This location does not offer private rooms, only beds separated by curtains so just pay attention to which one you book. It was pretty private and quiet for the most part and they make you change in a private room prior to coming to the shared space. They provided a warm eye mask, warm foot covers, and a heat pad on my belly which kept me nice and cozy throughout my treatment. The scalp treatment was magical, but the collagen mask was a game changer. My face and scalp felt amazing afterward! I opted out of blow drying my hair, but they did have some hair oil and other products I used prior to leaving. This is definitely a fun, but pricey experience. It's worth trying at least once!

Wow! We came here for a head spa treatment, and it was absolutely amazing!!!! The entire experience was wonderful. For a 90 min treatment it was well worth the price. They were punctual with starting the session. All the ladies were extremely kind and mindful to us being comfortable during the session. The place had soothing music and the ambiance was very relaxing. It included a face, scalp and shoulder massage. For those who love asmr, this was a whole asmr treatment as well! The sounds of water, gloves, tissue, peeling, spraying etc. Can't wait to go back!!

They are located on a busy street, and entrance is a little hidden, which is easy to miss. Small parking lot is available. Their lobby is small, and a friend receptionist greeted me when I walked in. She analyzed my scalp and recommended me to use shampoo with natural ingredients. She led me to a room and asked me to change into a gown and took me to a treatment room. The room was dark, and I heard the sound of running water, which was relaxing. My therapist gave me a brief head massage, scalp purification, a warm eye mask, face wash/massage, face mask, and a hair treatment. My therapist also gently massaged my shoulder and neck. Her pressure is a bit weak, but not a deal breaker. The process probably lasted for 65 minutes, and she took me back to the changing room to change out. She then blow dried my hair. I left the spa in exactly 90 minutes. This is my first experience of a head spa. I enjoyed it.

OMG! What an experience!!! I loved it very much!!!! It’s a must to have / try it once at least. Then you will be hooked! If you like head massage and facials > this is your thing. The head massage: First: they do hair analysis. Massage: it’s with and without water. Facial: cleansing, steam, …. You have few options for upgrades (Microdermabrasion, peel…) I added microdermabrasion. It’s totally worth it. At the end they compared the hair analysis - shocking difference! In conclusion: I am going back!!

Such a great relaxing time! I first went to their Laguna Beach location and had a great experience! So happy now that they have a closer location open here in Costa Mesa! I went for another head spa with my sister! Nice location! Lots of parking spots available! The vibes and decor were very nice when we walked in. Felt relaxed already! Mia and Sally were great! Very nice and helpful explaining about scalp health! It was cool to get the scalp analysis before and after! The whole head spa experience was amazing and felt so relaxing. From the head massage, facial, arm/shoulder massage, everything was so nice! Definitely will be coming back!!

Love this place! Have been a couple times already and it never disappoints. The pricing and packages they offer are very fair and you definitely get what you paid for. Love the neck and shoulder massages they offer during the session. Would recommend to friends!
