We had a highly enjoyable and informative experience at Aroma Head Spa & Massage in Laguna Beach. The scalp therapist ensured our comfort throughout the entire session, beginning with an initial consultation and scalp assessment. The therapist posed insightful questions and offered valuable recommendations to enhance the health of our scalp and hair. The treatment itself was exceptionally relaxing, and the results were evident; my hair feels stronger and has a shiny, healthy appearance. We appreciated the opportunity to enjoy a couples treatment in a private room, which helped my husband feel at ease while trying something new. We both appreciated the expertise and care provided by the therapist. Even though my husband shaves his head, he expressed that he would be happy to accompany me for future visits.

I was in Laguna on business and decided to have some me time.. the scalp massage was very relaxing and everyone was welcoming and friendly. My hair after the experience was so soft. I would definitely refer my friends.

Great service and very clean! What an amazing head spa! The facial and collagen mask left my skin feeling super smooth! My hair feels amazing! I got the Kaori Head & Scalp Treatment! 90 minutes 9-Step treatment process to reduce anxiety, tension and restore normal healthy scalp condition! This also includes a hair & scalp analysis consultation! I’ve never seen my scalp up close and can’t believe how my scalp looked like before! Definitely a difference after!! Never knew the importance of maintaining a healthy scalp! I recommended and definitely gonna have to come back!

Chloe at Aroma Head Spa was absolutely wonderful! It was such a relaxing experience. I did the relaxing scalp cleanse/massage & facial. My hair & skin feels amazing. Perfect to add moisture and brightness during winter months. The facility is very clean & serene. The staff were all very professional and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience! I was traveling and decided to take a chance as I’ve never had a scalp massage. They check ahead of time if you’re okay with things over your face and provided a little wrap to wear for modesty. The time flew by and I felt so relaxed afterwards. If I’m ever back in Laguna, I will be back!

My sister and I are vacationing in Laguna Beach and decided to try a Japanese head massage for the first time. This place is so cute inside and the ladies are all so nice. I was so relaxed that I swear I went to a different dimension. I will definitely return if I ever come back to Laguna Beach!

I feel really confused reading these positive reviews because I had a totally different experience. I was really looking forward to this appointment and left very disappointed and overall confused. The room was dark even before the treatment started, so I could barely see the set up which made me a little uneasy. The woman was very nice, but seemed a little inexperienced and the process was not relaxing at all. 1) The water was squirting directly in my eyes (I think it’s supposed to be placed further back on your head, not over your eyes), 2) she answered her phone in the middle of my treatment and had a full conversation. 2) I didn’t expect a professional blowout by any means, but I had to ask twice for her to finish drying my hair after she tried to send me home with it totally wet and still ended up leaving with it so knotty and damp. Anyway, not a great experience and would definitely not go back.
