We visited this spa after finding it from a google search based on the number of reviews. We booked online a week before and it was easy to book. We understand that we’re the 1st customers of the day, but the place was freezing cold. We didn’t book last minute, so it’s unacceptable that heat had not been turned on until after we arrived. Not only were our massages less time than what we paid for, my partner and I found it odd that most of our massages were done through sheets. On top of that, the person who worked on him left the room for extended periods of time SEVERAL times during the “ massage” to perform reception duties. The private spa was nice but that’s the only thing that saves this place. There are better massage places in the area without the spa; I rather have a good massage. We really wanted to like this place, but we won’t be back.

I feel like the spa is in a transitional phase. The layout is a little disorienting. The front desk asked us if it was our first time and we said yes. But the receptionist only directed us to our locker rooms rather than showing us the facilities and the layout of what is public facility and private. We got a Korean scrub and a foot massage. They were both LOVELY and calming. After the scrub there was a hot tub right next to the treatment so we went to soak and were promptly rushed out for a private couples thing. We weren’t redirected to the public facility. We apologized for being in the tub without knowing what our options were. The website also says “free tea and snacks”. The tea is Lipton and the snacks are Cheetos and snickers. A little silly. Lol Overall we would definitely go back but a first visit always requires a little rundown of the place

This was a GREAT spa. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time for our anniversary and had the 1 hr massage and 1 hr private spa room. The place was very clean and atmosphere was relaxing. The masseuses knew what they were doing and focussed and every part of the body. The spa was so beautiful and romantic. The front desk, Ruby was also very nice! I can’t wait to book my next spa day :)

My husband and I have been driving past this place every day on the way to work for years and I finally went ahead and booked us appointments for a Korean body scrub and massage. I am mad at myself for waiting so long because we have been seriously missing out. Candy and Anna were our massage therapists and they were fantastic. The Korean scrub was such a great experience and the follow up massage after was the perfect finishing touch. We will probably be making this a monthly thing going forward!

My boyfriend and I came here in January for a couples massage and it was good. So we bought my parents a gift card (through the website) and booked them a couples massage for her birthday today. When they got there the receptionist was extremely rude demanding the gift card. They could see we bought the gift card and they had proof of the receipt/payment. She could even see the gift card on her computer but she didn't care. When we bought them the gift card, we entered his phone number for the gift card to be sent to. It never sent it to his phone! And somehow that was our problem because we didn't have the confirmation code. My parents even said they would have just paid and figured it out but the girl was so rude that they just wanted to leave. Now we have to call to refund our gift card and will definitely not be returning to this spa. Extremely disappointed, my mom drove 30+ minutes there on her birthday to be treated poorly and not get her massage.

I cannot understand the positive reviews. We were at Aria in late Feb. 2025 and it was truly the worst spa experience ever. The facilities were disgustingly dirty, the furniture in the couples room was old and worn and the wet sauna in the private space was out of service. There was blood on the floor in the private bathroom. The massage was 90% through a sheet, which was not relaxing at all. We actually left the private room early because it was such a terrible experience. When we shared our feedback with the front desk, she argued that she gave us a better room than the experience included because the original room was out of order. However, the website pictured the exact room we had for the experience. When we complained about the blood on the floor, we were told they clean twice a day, at opening and closing, which makes no sense because in the morning it would be clean from the night before. The fact that they don’t clean the private space between guests is nauseating. There are no towels in the locker room or common spa areas. They are dishonest, rude and the spa is dirty. Steer clear.

My boyfriend booked a massage session for my birthday and the experience was exceptional, left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Melissa was very attentive to my needs, listened carefully to my concerns, and created a calming atmosphere throughout the session. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality massage.

My fiancé and I booked a facial massage and body scrub. We were able to rent out the private couples room for one hour with the Jacuzzi, which was great. The hot tub and sauna was relaxing and we left there rejuvenated you can bring your own bottle of wine, which is a plus, My massage therapist Jay did a fantastic job with my neck and shoulders. I am a licensed massage therapist and business owner, so I definitely will be back. Another really good thing is that they have snacks, tea and coffee coffee available for your enjoy. There are spas that I’ve gone to that are way more expensive, but for the value, cleanliness and experience, I think this was a great place.
