I had an appointment with Jennifer and she was great! I explained to her what I've been dealing with hair wise. She was very reassuring about the condition of my hair and she listened to what I wanted and my concerns. She gets my hair after just one visit and I feel like I got my hair back 😀 I'll definitely be returning to see her.

On 8/30/2024 my son bought two gift certificates for me so I could get massages here. He specifically told the woman at the desk they were for Swedish massages and the amount for the massages plus tip was put on each card. When I called on 9/18/2024 to make an appointment I was told they do not have a massage therapist, even though their website CLEARLY states that they do and my son was sold gift certificates two and a half weeks prior for that specific service. The gift cards are for a total of $250 that I cannot use. And no, I won't use them to have my hair done as I have a hairdresser elsewhere that I've been going to for 30 years, and I don't have manicures or pedicures. Total misrepresentation, my son was lied to.

Lovely salon, my daughter's and I had our hair dyed at our appointments, had a great stylist. The front desk staff was so nice too. The parking lot can be alittle tight, but we managed to find a place anytime we went there. The main entrance has stairs to get to the front desk and inside stairs to get to the salon chair area. But there is a separate entrance if someone can't do stairs that opens right up to the salon floor. We had a great experience and will definitely be back.

I seem to only be able to treat myself to a spa experience once per year. The last two times, I'm happy I chose Arcadya. Yesterday, Morgan did a dermaplane facial for me and it was a wonderful experience. Relaxing and my skin is looking loads better. I can't speak on their other services, but facials/skin treatments are 5 stars.

I like most women have been searching for a great hairdresser and I thought I had found her when I tried Brittany. She was great my first time there I left loving my hair. The second appointment was a completely different experience. I have a LOT of Hair I know it's a lot of work. (I'm light blonde) and she didn't put any foils in the back of my head(weird) I was so uncomfortable asking her to put more but I did. She put 3. So the back of my hair looks like I haven't had my hair done in months. All throughout my hair is dark spots as if it needed double the amount of foils she put. I don't understand why I would think she would want to do more and charge more, make more . You know? I would have preferred her say I should find another stylist if it was too much work. I liked how she seemed down to earth and not fake .honestly I'm not even going to mention the mishaps that happened on my 1st appointment because it was an accident and she did great. I'm so disappointed she didn't want to do a good job the last time I came In.

My friend and I had an awesome spa day here last Saturday! Thank you to Brittanie, Morgan and Susan. Susan did an awesome job on my hair, and Brittanie and Morgan were so fun to talk to during our pedicures, we had so much fun. Can't wait to come back!

I love this salon. Ive had my hair done by Brittany and Joni, both are amazing. My most recent treatment was the Inca Glow hair smoothing and I HIGHLY recommend if you have thick or frizzy hair. It’s been a month since I’ve had the treatment and my hair is still silky smooth and takes only minutes to blow dry. Very clean salon/spa and service is excellent.

I am overdue rating Arcadya. Growing up in Chicago I was accustomed to getting great haircuts in the big city, and after moving to NH it was a long process to find a good hair salon. Once I found Joni and Arcadya I have never needed to look further. Joni truly takes the time to listen to what I want and then makes the magic happen. She is a true master stylist and has kept me looking my best for years now. My recent haircut has made me so happy. Joni knows how to make subtle changes that change up my style and make me feel like I've never looked better And, my color is amazing! On top of that, Joni and her staff are welcoming, professional, and fun to be around. Thank you, Joni, and thanks also to Deb S for suggesting Arcadya to me years ago.
