Massage therapist - CHERIE, AVOID at any cost. I personally feel you’re not at the right place. Please don’t waste people time and money for the service you provide. The worst ever massage experience, I have been to many different places for massage. Never ever this disaster.
I chose “Max” as pressure point and highlighted the spots in the checkin form they gave. That form is actually a joke, they never followed.
Cherie just put some oil on my feet and hands nothing else. NO massage, seriously! Did time pass with hot towels. I wish I would never ever visit this kind of place or experience people. As of 12/29/2024

Today was my first visit to the spa, I had the pleasure of meeting Jodi. She was friendly, professional, and amazing. Not to mention just walking in the door, the ladies at the front desk we're friendly, and inviting. My experience was a good one. They have the softest sheets, it was very clean and comfortable. Thank you so much Jodi, for the great experience!! I'll definitely will book another appointment.

This spa needs some work. They close the pool in the winter time now which is horrible because it's indoor. That is just an excuse to be lazy/cheap and not have to upkeep the pool year round. I still decided to do the spa inspite of due to the other amenities. This spa requires you to buy a spa service in order to use the spa facility instead of just paying to use the spa amenities. I got a gel manicure and 20 minutes after the gel chipped. They fixed it and that was fine. Then a few minutes the paint chipped again, then the nail tech left and I was stuck with chipped polish. They gave me an small discount and I went on my way. Today is 2 days later and one of my nail gel came completely off. I will not be coming back. Stick to your local corner nail salon, way better results for sure

My wife enjoyed the massage fusion but the customer service was not as good. The lady making reservations was not friendly her attitude was not consistent with the spa atmosphere. Will try somewhere else because of her.

My friend and I attended the spa 07/10. She got a massage and I got the Ara Facial. To start off; the atmosphere was nice, the amenities were nice, and the ones giving the services were professional. However, I didn’t get everything done that was supposed to be included with my facial because no where on their website, nor was I told when I booked that I needed to stop any skin care regimen at least a week before the facial. My face ended up getting hot and red, and burning. We also booked mani/pedis. Let me just tell you that I was completely blown away by the fact the brand of nail polish, (they don’t even offer gel, acrylic, designs…) was a literal brand from Walmart (O.P.I) and they had like 10 colors to choose from. They didn’t even scrub my feet or buff the nails down or shape them on the pedicure, basically just one coat of polish and top coat. I was completely appalled that service was $100. On top of all of that, they charge a mandatory 22% gratuity for each service that is stated NO WHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE OR PRICE LIST. No where in the lobby, and no where is it made known. Ended up paying almost $100 extra in mandatory gratuity. To say I was floored is an understatement! I never would have booked here, and definitely won’t be returning. I would 100% save your money and go somewhere else. Ended up spending $450 for a lousy experience and would take it back and go somewhere else in a heart beat. 1/10 do not recommend.

This message is for the General Manager of the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles, MO. His name is Mr. Lang. We are at the casino and booked a night so we could play at a regular Craps table like most casinos have and assumed a Casino like Ameristar would certainly have one too. After all, your website does not say anything about not having any?! We are at your great restaurant, Bugattis, and wanted to play Craps. Your lead supervisor, Justin, said that it was management’s decision not to have these types of Craps tables. Then, we spoke to Valerie and once again, we’re told they would not open up at table. The communication took almost an hour of waiting while Justin and Valerie were on the phone.
Then, my husband wanted to play poker the next morning, but we had to come down to the poker room by 9:00 am to sign up. Later in the evening we called the poker room to ask a question, only to discover that they had already allowed 13 people to sign up in the evening?! Terrible experience. Employees are not well trained and are incompetent at handling customer requests. Players beware!

I came here because I got a gift certificate from my boss so I brought my mom and made a girls day out of it. The spa itself was adequate. I liked all the amenities but some of the staff were not customer service oriented. I’ve worked in a customer service job for only two years and I am VERY aware that they were lacking in those areas. The manager was rude over the phone and in person. She had a sassy tone and it made the “spa experience” feel stressful before it even began. I’d expect the manager to be outstanding and set an example for the rest of the team. I have had a leadership position before and know that how you speak to customers goes a LONG way. Customer experience should be the #1 priority. I won’t come here again or recommend it because of this experience.
