Bought a package for my daughter and I and we enjoyed ever minute. We were served a beautiful contemporary lunch with wine and then it was back to being pampered all day. Imagine being pampered so much you need to take a lunch break. ALL of the various services we chose were executed with the utmost professionalism.. I truly enjoyed the facial and massage the most and everything else was truly lovely.

I usually only get massages on vacation. But decided I would “treat myself” and heard great things about aqua. And boy were they right!!! The facility is so so so clean! The area for the spa is beautiful and very calming. And Mandy. MANDY was an AMAZING masseuse!! Some times I wondered if she had 5 pairs of hands! She was completely professional. Completely sweet. And completely fantastic!

Went for a eyebrow tint today. Was paired with Mckenzie and she was amazing! Would highly recommend for your aesthetician needs! She showed me around the spa section in the salon which I've never used. However can't wait to book those services too! AuqaBella has friendly staff and always clean.

Had a 60-minute massage by Mandy. She did a great job, was very strong, and loved the heated towles. My only complaint is it was not the time I paid for. The reviews about being shorted 10-15 minutes are accurate. I was taken back at my exact appointment time, and it ended at 50 minutes on the button. I paid for 60, so I was shorted 10 minutes plus whatever it took for me to disrobe and situated on the bed. It was also my birthday, which I put on the forms, nothing was said. Lol

I had the indulgent facial. It was amazing and Kim is the best! From the anti-gravity chair to the great smelling facial treatments and shoulder massage, it was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience! I will be back!

When I called for the appointment they assured me the stylist was experienced. Although she was very nice, she seemed to lack some of the entry level skills, the picture shows the botched cut. She cut in a layer that looked like a shelf, when I mentioned it, she started hacking at my hair with a razor, which should never be used on fine or hair that isn’t wet under any circumstances. Called to inform them, manager seemed disinterested.
I have since communicated with the owner through messenger. She wrote “ I’m sorry you don’t like your haircut”. Well, seriously who would like this. I didn’t ask for this style, but the issue is that this is hacked to the point of having bare spots, and is just a bad cut. Her solution was to have another of her stylists “ go through it”. I have since really looked through photos of work done by others in this salon, and even the better cuts were really not technically good. So I wrote her asking for a refund and possibly a bit more for the added costs of a few haircuts down the road to make this wearable. Unfortunately nothing can be done now because the hacks go really far up into the hair shaft. So now I have to wear a baseball cap for 6 months. She has not responded nor taken any sort of responsibility for this. One would expect that a salon owner would be aware of the capabilities of her employees. In this instance I would think at least some effort on her part should be made , to resolve the situation, rather than ignoring it. Again, this is not a matter of just not liking the haircut, it is not anywhere near acceptable, shows no evidence of any skill on the part of the stylist, and I would expect the salon owner to be more responsible and step up and show some accountability
I have just taken, and added the pictures on the 7th day after the cut, I am more horrified than I was initially. I truly had no idea that it was this bad. In the light you can see most of the hacks. I’m literally beside myself, still no response from owner.
