The amenities are wonderful- the sauna and visit in the steam bath was so nice with it being so cold. Everyone here was so kind! Everyone I walked past smiled and said good morning and I appreciated that! I had a massage with Mike and he was wonderful, I would definitely recommend him to anyone. To other reviewers or people unsure- It is pricey, but you’re not going to Massage Envy. You’re getting a luxury service with access to the amenities for as long as you’d like to stay, robes and much, much better customer service. It’s not a “come 5 minutes before the appointment time then get out” situation. I think the pricing is super fair for what you get out of the experience.

My wife booked us for a couples massage for our anniversary. I have had a lot of different types of massages from deep tissue to relation. Amanda gave the absolute best massage I’ve ever had with just the right amount of pressure to be both calming and therapeutic. We finished with all the spa experiences and were not disappointed. Highly recommend!!

My mom and I had a spa day at Anda Spa inside Hotel Ivy. Our treatment by esthetician, Alexis, was special. She was knowledgeable, kind, and had a healing touch. The skin care products are lovely but it was Alexis’ unique technique that helped us feel our best for days to come. Stay at Hotel Ivy and enjoy Anda Spa for a refreshing seasonal reset. I've tried multiple spas in the area and out of state and I can confidently say this is the best spa I've ever been to. It is relatively affordable and the amenities are unlike any others. I usually go once a month and every time is a better experience than the last.

Terrible experience. I booked a spa appointment I came down with the flu. I couldn’t leave the Josie nor did I want to spread this virus. They would not let me rebook or cancel. I offered to do any other day. Said I would produce a doctors certification. They did not even consider and cha the me The $480 for the facial. Terrible customer service. I called at first signs of sickness

I went to the spa on a busy Saturday after the holidays, so maybe it would've been a different experience on a weekday. However, the spa etiquette was non-existent. Every common space was full of loud conversations. Not the ambience I was going for whatsoever. The quartz spa area is tiny and crowded as are the sauna and steam room. Imagine waiting a year to use a gift card to have the least relaxing environment. The shower handle was broken, the soap dispenser didn't work, and the shower had a ton of hair in the drain. The $275 facial I received was incredibly basic and not worth more than $75. I would avoid unless you enjoy paying just for a brand; must be a lot of overhead going to the hotel for the quality provided. Front desk staff & the esthetician were all lovely but other guests, crowdedness, and the price make this a no go for me. Incredibly bummed in Mpls. ***March 2025 edit. Anda Spa staff seem to really stand behind their services, see the manager's response below. I was able to visit a second time on a Monday & the quartz spa was sparsely populated & a much more relaxing, tranquil environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage with Rowan. Thanks for the second chance.

Extremely expensive, extremely mediocre. My massage was nice and the technician was lovely but definitely not a better experience than at a local spa for 80$. The first person who checked us in was so kind and helpful. The 2nd person who brought us to the lockers was so unfriendly and did not share any information about what to do, expect etc; just heres the locker room and she was gone. Also, the rain shower did not work and the quartz pool smelled off

My husband and I loved our massages and the amenities. I think they need better tasting water, it taste like tap water. Then more oil need to be used in the massages! Honestly it is a little over priced… Other than that I enjoyed it and would come back.
