The best spa in Seattle! Love their new location within the Onni South Lake Union and Level Hotel complex! They used to be located in Belletown and I’m so happy that they moved to the South Lake Union to become our local staple! Plus they now have a sauna to enjoy before and after a massage session! Out of the whole world, I only entrust my crooked back to Candace who is always doing her massage magic to bring me back to life! The staff at the welcome desk is awesome too!

Grateful I was able to make a last minute appointment for a massage. The staff was great at check in and check out. The aesthetic of this spa is fantastic—nice and warm, inviting. My massage therapist was the best I’ve ever had. His name is Ulysses. I let him know about my areas of tightness and he did a really fantastic job working those areas and also provided some great stretches. Very kind person too. When I’m in Seattle I will always go to this spot because of the level of service and expertise this team has. Thank you all!

I’ve visited Ananya multiple times for facials, but I’ve consistently felt that the experience isn’t worth the price. The facial is advertised as a 50-minute session, but a significant portion (seemed like ~15 minutes) is spent on discussion rather than the actual treatment. While I appreciate some consultation, I come for relaxation and a good facial massage, which is often rushed or mediocre. most of the staff seem to focus more on talking than delivering a thorough facial or massage. For the price, I expect a more immersive and well-executed experience. Unfortunately, I’ve left feeling underwhelmed each time.

I had a terrible experience with this place. I booked a surprise spa for my girlfriend, but due to a flight delay, I asked if they could reschedule it for the next day or a later time. The person on the phone was extremely rude and unwilling to help in any way. Despite my efforts to find a solution, they refused to accommodate any changes. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thank you for your feedback. I would prefer to address this matter directly, but I want to clarify that there have been no false accusations. The individual in question mentioned that the flight was delayed, and there was a possibility that we might not be able to meet. She requested to reschedule for Sunday. We understand that you attempted to reach us, but we were in flight at the time and may not have received your messages. At no point did she indicate that she was on her way, as we did not receive any calls or messages from your team. We do want to address the misrepresentation in the online review.

My friend and I had a fantastic experience at this spa! I enjoyed the oxygen facial and used the sauna—both were incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire visit seamless. The estheticians were excellent, and the spa features high-quality products and luxurious decor that enhances the experience. I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments! Highly recommend.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time (6:45).Booked a 50 minute massage. When we walked in the room it was 7:06.. We chatted about my preferences for a minute or two so when my I laid on the table it was 7:10. To my surprise, when she alerted me we were done it was 7:51. The therapist was super sweet so I feel somewhat bad writing this review, but for the prices here this isn’t the best practice. The purpose of my visit was to alleviate neck pain, so ten extra (well, not extra - just what I paid for) minutes could have made a difference.

I had been ignoring some muscle aches and pains for a few years and finally decided to try a massage. A friend recommended Crystal at Ananya and I am so glad that I listened! From check-in to check-out the process was smooth and easy. Paperwork can be filled out in advance so you don’t have to worry about it day of. Parking is tricky but validated and well explained. I got a deep tissue with Crystal and she was phenomenal. The perfect balance of communication, pressure, and expertise made it a great experience. I will be back and telling my friends.

Usually have never had an issue but yesterday i got a guest who has been in terrible pain ever since the massage from Jay. The massage ended up causing more pain instead of relaxation. He even asked to reduce the pressure but it seems like he wasn't heard. Really disappointing
