This was my first appointment here. Lizz cut my hair and styled it so beautifully. I have really fine thin hair and I was so happy. It looked much fuller and honestly is the best haircut i’ve had in a couple years.

Went in last week for a laser consult and Nikki Passey got me scheduled for exactly the time I could squeeze into my hectic schedule this week. Loved the staff, and Lexie did a great job making me feel at ease and not feel dumb with my million questions. Called back later to schedule my next appointment and Nikki got it all set up for me super quickly and answered a couple more questions I had. I appreciated the depth of her knowledge of what the Med spa had to offer and how to prep for my appointment and after care. Her advice was great. I’ve also heard good things about Lexie doing amazing Botox so I’m for sure going to ask about it at my next appointment.
The boutique is darling and had lots of great gift items for kids all the way to adults. Bought lots of cute things too.

I’m going to start with the positive: people are really nice, the massage when they wash your hair is wonderful really relaxing and the place is beautiful and clean. The dark side was I asked for partial highlights they did baby mini tiny partial highlights, they are really small and thin is hard to notice the difference in the hair. I understand that for going blonde without damage the hair has to be done in sessions but I think they could achieve more with my color. I asked for covering my root because I have gray hair and they used something that did not cover my roots at all. Now I have to use a box dye at home. And the hair cut… you can see the picture :( not even close, there is not volumen in the top and the layers where not planned or structured but just cutting hair randomly in tips. The girl who did it was so nice and sweet so I felt sorry to ask for a better haircut but definitely not what I asked. I normally do my hair at home is pretty decent but in this opportunity I wanted to reward myself after a difficult time in my life. I lost my money.
