I had a wonderful experience here & Amy was my massage therapist. I work full time in the Christiana ED and also play the sousaphone (which is quite heavy) part time. I didn’t realize how badly I needed a massage! Amy did wonders with relieving tension throughout my whole body. I've seen Amy for years. Before she moved to FL, and again now that she's back at Alternative Therapy. I have been suffering from swelling in my Achilles tendon and have had a bone spur since October. Even though it hurt like hell, Amy was able to relieve the pain and swelling on my second visit to her. I can't thank her enough for the relief!!!

I was in a car accident I have been there 3 times I’m really sensitive and Judy and Rachel are amazing. They are very Gentle. I was really scared and hesitant about going. But I’m so happy my doctor referred me to them. My sessions are prescribed by doctor to be 60 minutes long but they feel much longer than an hour. I feel like I’m in heaven. I’m so thankful for Alternative therapy. They make me feel so welcome and comfortable especially since I’m a scaredy cat.

I had my first microneedling session with Kaitlyn 2 days ago. I am excited to see the results I get over the next few sessions! She was respectful and made sure to regularly check to make sure I was comfortable during the session. She also explained the process in detail before we got started and made sure to answer any questions I had. From what I have seen, the services are reasonably priced.

All I have to say about this place is that it is MAGICAL. From the front desk staff to every esthetician who works there, each person genuinely wants you to have a great experience. I personally see Kaitlyn for facial services. Before seeing Kaitlyn, my skin was blotchy and uneven with acne scarring. To this day, I have yet to have the same unevenness that I went in with. She is absolutely the best. I highly recommend doing a dermaplaning treatment as well- it leaves my skin so soft and refreshed. Overall, this place deserves the highest praise possible. I absolutely love the time I spend here and am a customer for as long as they’ll have me!
