Allyu Spa

I recently visitted Allyu Spa with a gift card from my husband, for their Earth package (90-minute facial, 90-minute massage, and spa mani/pedi), plus added on scalp massage, costing $550. While the ambiance was beautiful and staff were friendly, the experience had several shortcomings. Treatments • Facial (10/10) – Incredibly relaxing, and my face is glowing. This was my favorite part. • Massage (8/10) – Overall good, but pressure was inconsistent, sometimes feeling like poking. • Spa Mani/Pedi (7/10)– Pedicure was great, but no foot or hand massage, and polish clean-up around cuticles was lacking. Additionally excessive finger pulling left me with lingering hand pain, and knuckle pain, lasting now 3 days, and requiring pain medication. Billing Issue & Customer Service: Upon checkout, I was surprised to be told that I owed an additional $54 despite the spa package stating that all gratuities were included. When I inquired, the staff explained that the package price had increased since the time of purchase, and I was being charged the difference. This was a concerning policy, as prepaid services should be honored at the original purchase price. I called the manager the next day, and only after some reluctance was the extra charge refunded. Final Thoughts: While Allyu Spa provides a luxurious and beautiful setting, inconsistent service and customer care left me disappointed. I would not return.

Booked 2 facials 1 week before. I appreciate the accommodation of what I would consider a last minute booking. It was my first time getting a facial, I didn't know what to expect. It was a different experience than other spas I've been to. There are no amenities to use before or after your appointment. Overall, the facial was nice. My skin looks and feels amazing. This place offers a lot of different services. I would recommend this place and go back if I'm in town.

The atmosphere and aroma will capture you at the door and transport you to another world. There's a broad range of services. I had the best deep tissue massage. It's definitely worth the money. The spa validates parking for the garage across the street.

Tammy does a superb job! She's incredibly detailed and thorough, which I really appreciate. Beyond her excellent technical skills as a nail tech, she also creates a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. I always leave feeling refreshed and with beautiful nails. I highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a top-notch Nail Technician!

What a beautiful place! You're not only getting a massage here, but cleansing your mind and soul. Right when you enter, you're welcome with beautiful decor and smell. They have a nice sitting area where they offer tea while you fill out the forms. I've been to many spa places, but the message my wife and I received was amazing. They have showers, so you're even more fresh after the massage. Right by the massage rooms, they have a nice area where you can sit and either relax, meditate, and simply find yourself! This room was icing on the cake. We would definitely go back and have already reconnected to our friends and family.

This place is our favorite. My wife and I come here frequently and the service is always top notch with pedicures. My wife also does manicures and we've done massages too. Shout out Ivy and Tammy - they are the ABSOLUTE BEST! So sweet, kind, and incredible at their jobs.

Roger is such a skilled massage therapist. My previous massage therapist moved, so I’ve been on the hunt for someone with a technique/skills I’m looking for, and am so happy I found Roger. He was very attentive, checked in on pressure levels, and I felt so much better afterwards. Highly recommend Allyu spa!

Such a relaxing space. Very different ambiance from other spas - you enter the space and you are relaxed instantly with dimmed.lights, meditation area, meditation music. The staff is wonderful and very competent. We received a couple's massage and scalp massage that were such a great experience. Totally recommended for a nourishing, self care day.
