I don’t know where to begin. This was a birthday gift to myself and it was a disaster. The entire experience was unprofessional, disorganized and disappointing. I was taken late, was told I was a liability if I sat in one of her waiting room chairs, the tooth gem fell off after 4 days and the head spa experience was a glorified version of someone playing with your hair. I left with greasy and wet hair. There were many more concerns and issues with the establishment and the quality of the services, but I’ll spare them. When coming to the owner with my concerns, I was met with threats, hostility and rudeness. Do not make a mistake like I did, spend your money elsewhere - anywhere else! Edited to add response. Jasmine Orellana, My review was truthful. I would expect you as a professional business owner to provide, at bare minimum, good customer service. This is some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced; I am astounded. As has been advised multiple times, I am not able to communicate via phone call. I have already contacted you and provided all details necessary. I texted your phone number once. (You advised me to per your email yesterday at 12:13, “We started doing business via phone call and text…”) and there was no message in return saying it was a phone number that does not accept text messages. You have texted me regarding 20% off a service, and I do have a screenshot of that as well. You have since texted me from a 775 phone number threatening my business which has nothing to do with the experience I had at yours. Seeing as I am 3 hours away from you, this service will not be able to be redone. You may consider a partial refund for the inconvenience as, yes, the service was done, but it only lasted 4 days and you are saying it should last at least 6 months. You have not offered me a variety of solutions. You offered 2, both of which are not possible for me. I do not have a method to call you and I cannot drive 3 hours. Again, no libel, slander, or bullying has occurred and my experience is assuredly not baseless. Why have a waiting room if it is closed to your clients? I am not the public. I am a paying customer. You double booked me and another client without notifying me. Clearly communication and organizations is not a strong suit for this business. I was told when I showed up for my appointment that another client was being taken and that I could use the bathroom but not sit in a chair provided. My hair was greasy when I left. The products were not fully washed out which is why I am reasonably concerned about training and licensing. Even if I did have the ability to call you, which again, I do not, what other “resolution” would you have provided? Why is a phone call so important if you cannot offer me anything else? I was never told that a Sunday was not an available day for your services and that you had to make a special accommodation. This is news to me. You have now spammed my phone from random phone numbers and emails which is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. You stated yesterday via email (after you stated you wouldn’t send me any more emails), “And your review doesn’t phase us.” So if the review does not phase you, why would you be seeking damages?
