I have to say they were amazing Ashley and Kimberly did miracles. I went into the school on February 22nd my hair was fried it was long and it was fried. The instructor Ashley and the student Kimberly did an amazing job I came in towards the end of the day they were closing like 45 minutes and they stayed until well past 4 hours fixing my hair. They were amazing I recommend them to anybody and a shout out to the girl who graduated congratulations you'll do great on your test. To Ashley's family thank you for understanding that I am stupid and screwed up my hair and kept her till way late. Kimberly you're going to go far you did a great job

Place teaches students to commit fraud and screw over their clients. Go in for a $40 service and they charge you $100 for an add on they didn't tell you about or discuss with you.

02/23/24 First of all, I am a 73 year old woman and had hair to my waist. I asked for a trim, but decided to have my bangs cut too. The girl who worked on my hair was delightful, candid, honest, yet sweet. I enjoyed the whole process and was very happy with my entire experience. All this for $11.00! I will be going back and recommending Academy of Hair Design.

My hair was a mess. It had been a couple months since I had it dyed. I’m currently a broke you-know-what. I was about to resort to YouTube haircut videos and Fred Meyer box dye. It wouldn’t have been the first time, but as a 35 year-old professional, I can’t really swing the “I don’t care” look as well as I could in my 20s. I walked into the hair school and said “do whatever you want.” I think the girl (Angel) I was joking at first. Once she realized I was serious, she was stoked!! She had this whole plan to do this and that and give me ghost roots (apparently that’s a thing). I told her to go for it. I had the best time! The students all collaborated and were all equally stoked to do something fun and creative. I LOVE my hair! Not only does it look amazing, it is soft and doesn’t feel like straw anymore. Thanks Angel and Co! 10/10 would go again

After coming here for 15 years on and off and receiving excellent service after today I will not be back. Someone scheduled me for a hair cut at 3:30pm and I needed my hair cut for an event the following day, and because they closed at 3:30pm even though one of their students or instructors scheduled me for that time slot they couldn’t do it because she was too sick, and she couldn’t even talk to me herself. She had to have her husband do it and have him offer me my eyebrow wax for free as a consolation prize even though that wasn’t even my main concern for going in. Very upset that not only I don’t have my hair done for my event tomorrow that professional photos will be taken at, but I’m also upset that the owner couldn’t have even spoken to me herself even though she was literally still there, and she couldn’t tell me when I first got there and waited 45 minutes to say anything when I could have gone else where at 3:15 when I first got there and still had my hair taken care of. This never would have happened back when Michael and his wife owned it. Disappointed to see where this school and business is going.

I had my hair colored by Asher today and she did an amazing job. Touched up my roots and color corrected my byalage. Wonderful job!
