I just had a terrible experience at Acacia spa. (Not from services) Every time I go there it is always something. It looks like a great place but SMH! A bunch of aloof robots today! Especially the blonde with glasses, Erin?! upstairs is blatantly fake with her apology. Inconvenient set up,,, bathrooms are few and far between. Not handicap, friendly. no guidance on what is going on,,, & good luck, finding a chair. This girl told me like I should already know that I have an amenity pass downstairs that I can use while my daughter is getting her services done. I say I can’t really walk so great that would help me maybe. They tell me to take the elevator. I get down there and it cost $50 so this girl just made someone that can barely walk go out of their way so she could try to sell something?! She wasn’t the least bit concerned that I didn’t know what was going on or that I was just sent down there when I’m supposed to really be having a good time with my daughter that I barely ever see. And somebody’s always got ruin my visit with my daughter, I swear.
Why the wild goose chase ?
Luckily, I have recently discovered an amazing massage therapist elsewhere in town.
Worst experience I have ever had in a spa. The ladies that did the services today were fine. The massage therapist and brunette with glasses at the desk were the only ones that didn’t seem stuck up but I have so much to say about other things like their set up (not enough chairs or bathrooms) especially for people that have trouble walking and one of the desk employees that I’m going to have to write this lengthy review later! 🤬 Really the owner probably needs to hear this by phone or in person. I’m really surprised that no manager ever came out too mediate the situation.

This spa is amazing!! My parents got me a gift certificate for my birthday and so I was able to book a 90 minute hot stone massage and a glass facial. Chad was my massage therapist and was amazing!! He worked out all the tension in my whole body, and focused on areas that needed more attention due to having 2 babies back to back lol the bed was heated and I was given a heated neck rest and weighted heated eye mask, it was so relaxing, calming and therapeutic. Ashley did my glass facial and was absolutely amazing also! She talked me through the whole process, asked me about allergies and was meticulous to make sure nothing contained nuts due to my allergy. Her and I were able to talk the whole time, laugh, and get to know each other which was so personable and made me feel so welcomed. My skin feels like butter and I can’t wait to see how it is in a few days. Both of the receptionists were welcoming, kind and helpful!
The only thing negative I have to say is as a plus sized woman the towels they provide in the shower/sauna area are small and didn’t cover my whole body, so I was uncomfortable leaving the shower stall without my robe which was also a little small and I felt as if I was exposing myself occasionally so I constantly adjusted it. But besides those small things, I had the most amazing time!! I will definitely be back!

I received an Ombre Shellac manicure. Kaitlyn did a beautiful job. I had seen the concept online and she created exactly what I wanted. The spa has a relaxing, inviting atmosphere. I will go again

Katelynn is a fantastic nail tech! They managed to squeeze me in last minute for a pedicure and she took her time, was very detailed, and most of all was gentle on my nails! Extremely professional work, and friendly. I already can’t wait to rebook and bring friends along! Thanks Katelynn!

I have come in to the spa twice to purchase gift cards for family. Each time I am not greeted and treated rudely. Once I was with my six year old daughter and both she and I were stared down as we looked at their small shop area. Very awkward. I won’t ever know if their spa services are good because I won’t be spending money at a business that treats people so indifferently. I gather from other reviews I am not the only one who feels this way.

Acacia Spa is the epitome of relaxation! From the relaxation room, sauna and the Arctic Room. The employees are very kind and polite as well. 100% recommend
