Diane was extremely rude to me before I even had my hair washed. She refused to give me a blowout and said she only had time to cut my hair, not style it, in the 45 minutes allotted. If that’s the case, they either need to have longer appointment times or they need to advertise it as a cut, not a cut and style. I walked out because Diane’s rude tone and refusal to style my hair was not worth the money. Update: After seeing my review, I received a call from a manager. She apologized and offered to bring me in for a haircut and blowout with Robert. He did an excellent job on my hair. He was easy to talk to, funny, and did a great job. Robert even gave me up to a week to come back with any adjustments if necessary (although I don’t think I’ll need any). Very pleased with his services.

I've gotten a handful of facials here over the last two years and always have a great experience. My most recent service was on President's Day since I was off work and Polina did an amazing job adjusting my service to meet my skin's current needs. I booked my regular GM hydrolifting facial, but have been experiencing some breakouts so she recommended adding a chemical peel and it was just what I needed!

To be fair, I was a walk in. Or rather they scheduled me for 3 hours after I walked in. My stylist was working on another client's color WHILE she cut my hair. When she was finished, my hair didn't look ANYTHING like the picture I showed her. When I told her the picture was shorter in the back she told me that this was better for my hair because it was curly. When I said the picture had more layers she told me that I needed to use a flat iron to achieve that look (a flat iron isn't going to create more layers). She then told me if I wanted her to style it that way, it would cost more. Then she flat ironed PART of my hair and achieved what I can only describe as a Farrah Faucett style flip. I wish I could say that this was my first negative experience but I've been there two other times with two other stylists (because it's conveniently located) and every time my hair is cut into the exact same shapeless bob. NOT what I asked for. I've learned my lesson and will not be back.

Had a haircut and blow with Diane C. This was the first time I had been in the shop . I usually go to the Kennilworth location. I was pleased with everything . The hair wash was wonderful and perfect water temperature . I am sorry but I forgot the name of the hair washer. Diane executed the exact haircut that I had asked for. She is a pro! She was timely, listened carefully to what I was requesting and also was fun to converse with!! It was an excellent experience!
