On Wednesday I scheduled a long-overdue haircut and neck and shoulder massage with Jessica. When I arrived I was told she was running behind. I had a drink with me and could play on my phone, so I just had a seat to wait. After a bit, Jessica herself came out to apologize and explain she had to finish a blowout, but would be right with me. Honestly, I didn't track how much time I waited altogether. I was fine waiting. Eventually, Jessica got to me and I was very happy with my cut. But the really surprising thing was, when I got to the front counter to pay, I was told they were taking care of my bill to thank me for my patience. This was completely unexpected, but what a really nice thing to do! I have always enjoyed going to 501 Salon, and I'm so appreciative of their generous customer service!

I see Hailey for my hair. She does an amazing job and the color is perfection. I see Jamie for massage. Her 90 min hot rock massage literally makes my body feel brand new! Highly recommend both of these talented and beautiful ladies! This salon is a treasure!

DEFINITELY BOOK WITH AVA! she did such a great job on my massage and was very professional and nice. The salon is super clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be booking with Ava again and coming back in a month or two for another massage.
