Shayla did an outstanding job on my hair, and is very skilled at knowing exactly how to bring a reference picture to life, even on my fine hair! I already pre-booked my next appointment because this has been the best salon experience I've ever had. Thank you for helping me get to my hair goals! :)

Went in once before to get my hair done by Shayla and she did amazing! I’d definitely see her again. Went back to get a pedicure and I don’t think I’d ever get my toes done there again. Didn’t do much for the feet and the paint job wasn’t very good.

They fit me in for a styling when I called only 4 days ahead! Kerri had great ideas for how to keep the curls for a few days and even how I could make the floral comb I wanted to wear look even better! Appropriately priced and local, I'd recommend this place to any of my friends around town. Keep up the good work!

Kari has such a talent with color!!! I specifically drive to her New Brighton salon from the southern suburbs, just to have Kari Kraker color and cut my hair, as my last stylist (which has been many years ago now), couldn’t seem to tackle my warmer/brassy natural tones. The care, color skills, and knowledge that Kari uses to ensure that I leave that appointment looking and feeling sassy, just amazes me! And whenever I’m up for a fun change or to try something a little different, she is full of great ideas too! Since salons were able to reopen during COVID in June, I decided to do something completely different with my natural color outgrowth. We are in a ‘transition’ period with this change, but I can tell you that my last 2 appointments have me leaving the salon feeling fun and great about my new hair color and tweaked style. So much so, that in my first work-zoom call following my first post-COVID re-opening appointment, I kept fielding complimentary texts from some people on that call, about my adorable hair! How’s that for feedback! Make an appointment with Kari Kraker. You won’t be sorry! I’m just sad it’s taken me so long to post a review and share how deeply satisfied I have been coming to see her he. I guess a pandemic can make you even more thankful!

What a awesome team! I had a very nice experience today in the Salon. I went for color my hair and waxing! I got so lucky that I met Deb P, she's awesome, professional, adorable person and she did an amazing job with my hair. I love it!! I'm so happy that for sure I'll be back 😍 Thank you so much to you Deb and also to Anita, Carol, Gina and Cassie 😀 I have been there before for waxing and manicure and ALWAYS I received the best service! Each one of you are awesome! I highly recommend this Salon 💖

Love this place, love the stylists, they're always nice and friendly. I've been seeing Kari K since I was 3

I forgot to get her name, but the new woman who just started there and was previously doing hair in New York for 35 years, she is PHENOMENAL. I made a last minute decision to chop my hair off and change the color. I called around to a few shops and randomly landed on this place, because this new woman had availability, and boy am I glad I went to her. She was so thorough, detailed and extremely skilled. She made a permanent customer out of me and I will be back in a few months for another cut and highlight.
