Okay.. it has been about 2 weeks since I visited 5 birds and this was such an incredible experience! I saw Jacqueline and not only was she super informative on things I could do at home to help my hair but she also made the service to relaxing and enjoyable. This is one of those service that I fear I’ll become addicted to but it’s also so good for your hair! Since going, my hair texture has completely changed and purchasing a couple at home products was the best thing! 5 stars all around! hope to come back soon

I recently had a Glo Facial and it was such a refreshing experience! The space was incredibly calming, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy every moment. The oxfoliation was new for me, but it felt like a deep reset for my skin! My skin felt instantly hydrated, smooth, and glowing. Michelle is amazing—so professional, personable, and knowledgeable. She walked me through each step and truly made the experience feel personalized. Highly recommend both the treatment and the peaceful vibe of the space!

Kim shoemaker is amazing! Today marks my first head spa and many more to come! It was so relaxing but mostly very knowledgeable appointment! Kim definitely has the knowledge and she’s such a sweet and amazing woman! Everyone should experience it at least once!

My head spa appointment with Jacqueline was absolutely amazing. The amount of knowledge she has on scalp health/care is astonishing and her desire to help her clients even after the appointment is so kind. You can tell she is truly so passionate about what she does. My scalp has never felt so clean, this was life changing really. I had the most incredible experience!! I’ve been looking for a knowledgeable scalp specialist to help me with my scalp issues. I have a lot of hair but in recent months I started to develop dandruff, extremely oily hair & hair shedding. Michelle the owner was not only able to detect what was going but she gave me amazing tips and products that have transformed my scalp and hair!! The scalp facial was relaxing, calming and therapeutic!!! I will definitely be coming back!! This will also be my go to gift card for all my family and friends. Everyone deserves to experience this!!
