I recently had the pleasure of visiting 128 Luxury Health Spa in Garden Grove, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Specializing in head treatments, this spa offers a sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff and the spa's sophisticated ambiance. The elegant decor, soothing music, and tranquil atmosphere immediately set the tone for a serene escape. I opted for their 60-minute Luxury 128 Head Spa Treatment, which was an indulgent journey from start to finish. It was basically a sensory playground for your head. The treatment began with a hydrating shampoo and conditioning session, followed by a deeply relaxing scalp massage that melted away tension. I really loved all the tools they used, including a hair pulling technique. The facial cleansing with a luxurious pearl mask left my skin feeling refreshed and radiant. The session concluded with a soothing shoulder and neck massage, and a blow out for my hair. As an added bonus, I enjoyed complimentary access to the steam room, along with bottled water, hot tea and light snacks. The locker room had large spacious lockers from my personal items and they give you a strapless robe and slippers to wear. In addition to head treatments, 128 Luxury Health Spa offers a diverse range of services, including facials, body massages, waxing, and even a med spa. My boyfriend and I booked an appointment with 128 Luxury Health Spa for our first couples massage and it was a wonderful experience. :-) The spa was so nice and serene and the service provided to us exceeded our expectations. Thank you to all of the kind employees and thank you, Jessica and Jenny, for such a relaxing massage. We will definitely recommanda to our friends and family! And we will be back soon!

My girlfriends and I had such a wonderful time at the spa. One of the best massage I had was with Jasmine. It was both relaxing and therapeutic. It’s absolutely beautiful and truly a place where you can spend all day with others if you wish. There are sitting areas with unique treats and as you move room to room, you feel they aim to give you a great experience, not just a great treatment.

I’ve been to 128 Luxury Spa in Garden Grove twice now, and each visit has been exceptional! This new spa is absolutely stunning—clean, beautiful, and screams luxury. I had the Diamond Glow facial treatment, and I LOVED it! My skin felt incredibly smooth, my pores looked noticeably smaller, and all the whiteheads and clogged pores were gone after just one session. The staff were so kind and professional, making the experience truly relaxing and carefree. On my second visit, I tried their liquid IV treatment, and again, the nurses and staff were fantastic. I felt completely at ease and trusted their care. Pro tip: Book an appointment in advance—they’re busy for a good reason! Prices are fair for a luxury spa in Orange County, and they’re running a promotion right now, so don’t miss out. Highly recommend!

Got 90 minutes massage, since believed in good reviews I saw, which I understood paid. Place looks beautiful, nice decoration. Massage wasn’t professional at all, it’s more of oil spreading than massage. Absolutely haven’t address my concern and release muscular pain. I came and left with same feeling no result at all. Also master didn’t have knowledge of working with lymphatic, drainage, or deep tissues technique. It’s not a level of luxurious or even good massage place. Also I waited over 15 minutes, haven’t been acknowledged or asked about my experience. To me wasn’t offered even a tea after treatment. Master in a rush took me to reception area and left. I didn’t even have goodbye from two receptionists who actually didn’t have any client except me. So make your own conclusion if that a good place. No one offered me any cup of tea or was preparing it they walked me away from that area immediately to exit. She gave me my shoes and left. No one follow on any parking lot. Two receptions didn’t even say bye while I was leaving empty spa. No need to lie, also there is no voicemails. Regardless on my review they are honest, rather they good and bad. I’m not returning to have free service to leave positive review. Looks like all your reviews are paid since I had terrible experience and not returning back. I don’t need any refunds or perks. Because I believe in honest business and honest reviews. Client have right to know what really service looks like to not get in situation I was today.

FIRST TIME HERE!!! This spa is amazing! Very relaxing. I have been to many spas and this one is definitely one to remember. I would recommend this to anyone. Lily was my therapist she is the reason I give this place 5 Stars. Also the ambience , professionalism and the service! Spectacular! 128 luxury health spa is very clean and high maintenance. I felt like I am famous haha. Everyone is really kind and generous. They also have snacks and beverages and they give you a rope and slippers. Lastly they also give you a locker to hold your things. I will definitely be returning here ☺️😀😃

128 Luxury Health Spa lives up to its name. This place is spotless, the attention to detail is outstanding and tge service is spectacular. My fruend and I sat in the sauna before receiving our head massages. We loved it. I came out relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely return.
